  The name Operation Handcuffs was thought up by my friend Paula, forever ago in reference to the Doug/Joey   relationship. So when the idea came for creating a universal Fanlisting for Doug Witter related fics, I asked for her   permission to use it. She was kind enough to agree, and that's how the name was born.

  Now, most likely if you're here, you're a fan of fan fiction that includes the character of Doug Witter. Either as the   leading man, or even as a side character, this Fanlisting is for you to join.
